Help a Watsonville Kid Have Something to Open This Christmas
K&D Landscaping is teaming up with the Watsonville Fire Department to collect new, unwrapped toys for local kids ages 8 to 12. Every toy goes to The Salvation Army to reach families right here at home.
In 2024, our team and the Watsonville Fire Department filled a truck with gifts for local families. Here’s a look at that day.

Where Your Toys Go
Every toy goes to The Salvation Army in Watsonville. They work directly with local families who need a little extra help during the holidays.
Your gift stays here, in the community we all share.
Why Ages 8 to 12?
Toy drives tend to fill up fast with gifts for little kids. Older kids, the ones who have outgrown stuffed animals but aren’t quite teenagers yet, are the easiest to miss.
Why Unwrapped?
Volunteers check each toy to make sure it is new, safe, and right for the child’s age. It also gives families the chance to wrap the gift themselves.
Why We’re Doing This
K&D has been part of the Pajaro Valley for 40 years. Our technicians, crew leaders, and office team live here and raise their families here.
This season, we’re grateful to give back alongside the firefighters who look out for all of us.
