Reaching forty years across Watsonville, Salinas, and Santa Cruz is not something we did on our own. It is a testament to the clients who trusted us with their properties, the trade partners who stood beside our crews, and the neighbors who have been part of this story for four decades.

This evening is simply how we say thank you. No sales pitch and no agenda. Just good food, live music, and the chance to mark this milestone with the people who made it possible.

Part of celebrating forty years is remembering who we owe it to. Giving back to the Central Coast has always been part of how K&D works, and this milestone is no different.

We are proud of our ongoing partnership with CASA of Monterey County, the Court Appointed Special Advocates who stand beside children navigating the foster care system.

Tonight also serves as the unofficial kickoff for the 3rd Annual K&D Classic Charity Golf Tournament on August 28th. Join us as we build connections and advocate for local children in foster care.
