Every award and honor K&D Landscaping, Inc. has received, newest first. K&D is a landscape design, installation, and maintenance company based in Watsonville, California, serving Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara, and San Luis Obispo counties since 1986.

A national awards program run by the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Companies from across the country submit their best residential and commercial projects, and industry judges score them on design, workmanship, and results. Winning projects earn Gold, Silver, or Bronze recognition.
The state awards program of the California Landscape Contractors Association. Judges travel to every entry and score it in person, which is why maintenance awards carry weight: the property is judged as it looks under a real contract, not on its best day.
No. Programs charge an entry fee, but every entry is judged on the work itself. We enter because it holds our crews to a higher standard and gives them recognition they have earned.
Regional awards from the local chapter of the California Landscape Contractors Association, judged by landscape professionals in our area. Chapter winners can go on to compete in the statewide Trophy Awards.
Many are public places, such as the Monterey County Government Center, the CSUMB Student Union, Capitola Community Center, and the Alisal and Skyway roundabout in Salinas. Ask during your site visit and we can share photos and details from projects like yours.
